1) login as user 'living-setup'
2) open the 'System' page of the living setup interface
3) click on the 'Collect System Status' button on the upper right
4) save and send the resulting file

Tips:
- the wrong password will result in an empty file
- canceling the save dialog will leave the system status file in the home directory
